1. Introduction

Welcome to Leadwolf ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate leadwolf.in (the "Site") and provide premium, ready-to-use business document drafts (the "Services"). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of the personal and company data you provide to us.

By purchasing our document drafts or accessing our Site, you consent to the collection, use, transmission, and storage of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our Site and purchasing our products.

2. Data Collection (Strict Scope)

To process payments, verify buyer identity, provide sample drafts, and secure our proprietary document draft bundles against piracy, we extract and collect the following information during checkout or sample-request forms:

  • Email Address: Used for license registration, secure document draft delivery, order confirmations, free sample delivery, post-purchase support checks, future updates, and opt-in marketing messages where applicable.
  • Phone Number: Used to confirm purchase identity, prevent fraudulent payment claims, and facilitate urgent support queries.
  • Name and Company/Organization Name: Collected only if you provide it, and used to issue business-use license records or personalize support/sample communications.
  • IP Address & Device Identifiers: Recorded automatically when you use our Site and at checkout, to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting repeated requests), and, when you start a payment, to measure our advertising as described in section 6.

3. Payment Processing Security

All financial transactions are handled securely through Cashfree Payments, our third-party payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your raw credit/debit card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs. Cashfree processes all payment data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and other applicable local regulations.

4. Access Control & Data Usage

Our products are delivered through Google Drive, and we protect them as follows:

  • Access Tied to Your Email: After payment, view access to the purchased folder is granted to the email address you gave at checkout. The folders are not public, so anyone else who receives the link is asked to request access.
  • Misuse: If a purchased folder is shared publicly or resold, we may remove the access granted to that email address.
  • No Selling of Your Data: We do not sell, lease, or rent your email address, phone number, or company details to anyone. Collected data is used for order verification, delivery, support, retention emails, internal security auditing, and measuring our own advertising on Meta as described in section 6.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain transaction metadata (including email, phone number, optional company name, purchase logs, sample-request records, and email message status) to preserve your lifetime bundle access and support history. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails using the link inside those emails. If you wish to request deletion of your personal details, contact support@leadwolf.in. Some order records may need to be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or support reasons.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share specific components of your data with verified third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver our service:

  • Resend: Used to send transactional delivery emails, sample-draft emails, support follow-ups, and opt-in retention messages.
  • Cashfree Payments: Processes your checkout payments and handles fraud detection.
  • Vercel: Hosts our Site infrastructure and provides diagnostic/analytic logging.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which of our pages you view and whether you search our library, open checkout, request free samples, or buy. When you start a payment or complete a purchase, our server also sends Meta the product and price, your IP address and browser details, Meta's ad-click cookies, and a one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) form of your email address, phone number, and name. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ads and processes it under the Meta Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences, or block cookies in your browser.
